Job Description
|
- Distributes calls and other communications to Service Team Members as appropriate.
- Responds to requests for information.
- Compiles bid estimates and negotiates discounts.
- Expedites paper order through in-house processes including finance, operations, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Documents orders in Database.
- Follows up on order status and takes action to complete the process.
- Proactive about catching mistakes made by others.
- Handles all initial customer problems and complaints.
- Participates in general office maintenance activities, e.g., filing, housekeeping.
- Fills in as needed in showroom or warehouse
- Other duties as assigned for the successful attainment of company goals

Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent levels of language and math skill.
- Customer Service Experience Preferred.

- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to listen and determine what the customer is really asking.
- Ability to relate to a wide variety of customers
- Ability to solve problems in a logical and common sense manner.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to use computer technology proficiently especially the Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual ability would be a major plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while retaining focus and a sense of humor.
